responsible for missed deadlines, statutes of limitations, or adverse legal
consequences occurring before a representation agreement is fully
executed and, where applicable, payment received.
4. Services Provided
Harmony Alves and/or her law firm staff provides
legal services and related communications, including responses to inquiries and
administrative communications. Any communications prior to formal engagement
are preliminary and do not constitute legal advice or representation.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms & Conditions
5.1 Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in via our
website, intake forms, or communications, you consent to receive SMS/text
